Volunteering

We work with volunteers of all ages on a day-to-day basis and see how it can produce transformational change.

Many people’s ideas of volunteering are of working and not getting paid. However, volunteering is about so much more. It can provide individuals with a range of skills and experience; lead to a job reference and provide opportunities to meet new people. Volunteering covers a wide range of activities – and can be fun!

Further details on the volunteering opportunities at CBSA can be obtained by contacting us on info@cbsa.org.uk or through downloading details from our website.

We also run two specialist volunteering programmes ‘Changing Gears’ and ‘Community Challenge’ working with young people known to the criminal justice system (16 to 24 year olds) and older offenders (25 years of age upwards). Further information on both these initiatives can again be obtained from contacting info@cbsa.org.uk.
