The aim of our work around growing has been to encourage families to have a go. Growing vegetables, salad and fruit at home is great for health and well-being because it gets you outdoors and active, you can grow as a family and more importantly you can save money in your weekly household food budget.  You can grow in pots, bags, raised bed, window boxes or in the soil in your back garden.
